ES People Solutions Welcome to my website. I’m Eric Sanderson and I’m an HR practitioner with over 25 years experience in large and small businesses. I’m a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. I set up ES People Solutions to provide affordable HR services for smaller organisations that don’t have their own HR resource. I do most kinds of HR work and I specialise in solving people-problems. Location I’m based in South Norfolk and I mostly work with clients in Norfolk , Suffolk , Essex , Cambridge and the London area. I can sometimes be persuaded to travel further afield! Resolving Although I do all kinds of HR work, my speciality is finding solutions for people-problems and problem-people. Working with smaller businesses I know just how disruptive it can be when there’s a problem-person or a personality-clash in the team. Morale can be badly affected, good people often resign and the owner or manager can become stressed-out because he or she doesn’t know how to tackle the problem without making it worse or getting into serious trouble with employment law. If the person in charge is smart then he or she will look for outside help. In a big company you can go to the HR department, but smaller businesses don’t have that luxury. That’s what I’m here for. |

Why call me? Specialist Skills Most HR professionals have specialist skills. Like many others I have a good knowledge of employment law. However, I have another skill-set that most HR advisers don’t have. And it’s this combination that works so well in resolving people problems. My special skills are in practical psychology and coaching. Put simply, I’m good at getting through to people, in a calm friendly way, and working with unhelpful attitudes.
